Stayed two relaxing nights. The breakfast buffet was delicious with good selections and personable, friendly staff. Free parking, comfortable rooms, and beds. Will stay again if we come back to Rotorua. Thermal pools on a path directly behind the hotel were an interesting discovery.

Exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn. Clean tidy and comfy. What I would say is because of the fantastic location close to the volcanic areas of interest to visit you do get a smell of rotting eggs coming over from the park. On another note the staff we dealt with were very helpful. We would stay here again.
