This was a great place to stop for two days, I had a business meeting that was held at the venue. I was very impressed by the professional staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality and range of food at the buffet. The man that drove me into town was very helpful, informative and friendly. I will come back again.

Absolutely stunning, excellent service, friendly staff, food selection and taste out of this world, everything was beautifully cooked and presented to the highest standard, cleanliness second to none, would highly recommend going to this function, going back next year for sure.

Great location…just a few minutes from city. Right next to a major tourist destination. Very quiet setting. Not like all the other hotels on Fenton street. I got a room on ground floor with a nice garden view.
Clean tidy rooms. All the usual amenities. Reasonably priced room service menu. Happy to locate USB charger on the wall. Finally hotels are taking a step forward.
Kids loved the heated pool. They just wanted to spend their holidays in it.
Breakfast Buffet - good spread and food was cooked nicely. I even liked the coffee from automatic dispenser.
TV - Sky movies , sky sports and the usual local channels.

Went with a Titan Holiday Group. Check in was quick and the staff at reception very helpful. Room 811 on the second floor. Very nice beds the bathroom a bit tired but adequate. Room very clean and plenty of towels. Hotel a bit out of the town but they run a shuttle bus.

We checked in for 2 nights. Rooms are good size, but the TV is small and awkwardly positioned as fixed at a low level. Queen size beds quite comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel, Chapmans, served a nice meal, considering we are vegetarians. There is a shuttle service to town centre every hour.

We enjoyed our stay here. Reception staff was helpful and patient. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was surprised it was not closer to the CBD, however, a shuttle bus is available.Would stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet. The fitness room is nice, and the pool and hot tubs are also good. The hotel is located right next to some of Rotorua’s finest geothermal attractions, which means you need to be prepared for the smell. I think this is true for many of Rotorua’s hotels. The wifi is free if you are a member, and it’s free to become a member.

We stayed here for one night as we had a wedding the staff is very friendly rooms clean no plunger coffee the food was absolutely amazing room service was very quick the swimming Pool was lovely and hot rooms quiet would definitely stay here again

A very nice place not because we got a free upgrade to a superior room. but overall property location wise is also good. New Zealand is overall quite a place, free parking, lovely breakfast and very good rooms.

Located a couple of Km from the town center and next to the thermal village. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good as well. Lots to see and do in the area.
