We loved our time at Holiday Inn Rotorua !! I booked based on good reviews but then just before arriving had read some scathing reviews based on it being busy during the school holidays. I’m glad to say I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless & probably the cleanest room I have ever encountered in a hotel especially considering it is an older hotel. Both the buffet dinner & breakfast we had were good value with a lot of variety for adults & children. The heated pool was a stand out, as were the 2 hot tubs ! Even though the place was busy there was plenty of room & fresh towels. All in all a great place for families with children.
